Non-chronic telephonic prescriptions will be charged and a three day waiting period is applicable

If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a consultation fee

Private patient's consultation fees is payable immediately. Medical aid patients still remain responsible for their accounts

Please note that it is your responsibility to follow up your chronic applications at your medical aid

It is your responsibility to make your appointment at the referred specialist or therapist

The Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) requires that all patients on chronic medication are seen by their doctor every six months. It is not the decision of the medical practitioner

It stays your responsibility to follow up with the doctor after you have done investigations

This is strictly an appointment only practice. Unscheduled and emergency appointments will be charged an emergency fee
